Virgo bosses are matter of fact, with a penchant for rituals, schedules and good education.  They are organized, meticulous perfectionists and they pay great attention to detail.  That means your details, too.  Diligence and efficiency are their markings.  Because their work ethic is strong, they expect a standard of work and nothing but maximum output from their staff.  Unless you have a critical eye, deep intelligence and you like to be on the hop, avoid this species at all cost.  But if you have what it takes, you couldn’t have a more respectful or generous boss.

The Capricorn Boss
